Bespoke always starts with a conversation.

Share your ideas with us – whether that’s a Pinterest board, a rough sketch or no idea where to begin – and we’ll guide you from there.

Once we understand what you're after, we'll provide a quote to create your ring.

We’ll send you a 3D CAD model of the design and a video of the hand-picked diamond that fits your design and budget. Typically, clients spend 2 weeks in the design stage with us.

Please note, there is a £150 non-refundable design fee at this stage, deducted from the total if you proceed to make the ring with us.

This allows us to give your ring our full attention and design something that is beautiful, structurally sound and made to last a lifetime.

Once the design is approved, we require a 50% deposit to put your ring into production.

Your design then comes too life – cast in metal, the diamonds carefully set by hand, and lovingly finished and polished in our Hatton Garden workshop.

The final 50% (less the £150 design fee) is payable just prior to delivery or collection.

This stage typically takes 4 weeks. Need it sooner? Just let us know. Our quickest turnaround was five days (though we'd prefer not beat that record).
