  • How do I ensure I order the correct size?

    We recommend downloading "Ring Sizer - Ring Fing" from the Apple or Google store. Place a ring your partner already wears (on their ring finger) into the circle and adjust until it fits perfectly. Modern and sneaky!

    For our clients making a bespoke ring for themselves, we'll post a complimentary ring sizer once the design is agreed.

    What if the ring doesn’t fit?

    Most rings can be easily resized and we offer one complimentary resize after delivery.

    Important: Miyazato Diamonds isn't responsible for items damaged or lost in return post. Please package securely, use the correct address, and choose insured/signed-for delivery.

  • All our jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults or defects. This does not cover accidents, impacts, fair wear and tear, or damage from mishandling and lack of care.

    We also offer a complimentary deep clean and polish once a year. We highly encourage our clients to take advantage of this as it gives us the opportunity to check the claws and setting for any inevitable daily knocks and bumps which might have weakened them overtime.

    Every ring and piece of fine jewellery we create is bespoke, made to order, and will only ever be worn by one person: you.

  • Bespoke Pieces

    As each piece of bespoke jewellery is made to order for you, our bespoke designs cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

    We pride ourselves on service and going above and beyond for each of our clients. Please contact us if you are unhappy for any reason. We will always do our best to work with and find the right solution for you.

  • Finished pieces will be shipped using fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. This requires a signature on arrival.

    Miyazato Diamonds will not take responsibility for incorrectly supplied addresses.

  • We offer a complimentary deep clean and polish of your ring once per year.

  • As with anything involving a surprise, there is always an element of risk. Rest assured that in five years, this has only happened to one of our clients.

    At Miyazato, we know how sentimental and special this piece of jewellery is. We want you to look at it and love it every single day. So (in the extremely rare) event this happens, we will work together with you to design something that is perfect - charging only our cost price.
