Jewellery to Last a Lifetime
We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults or defects on all of our jewellery. This guarantee does not cover accidents, impacts, lack of care, fair wear and tear, or damage from mishandling.
That said, we understand that life happens – and we know you won't intentionally damage your piece. We will replace any diamond or gemstone (up to 0.20ct) in your Miyazato item completely free, twice during its lifetime. After that, if we confirm we are giving the item back to you 100% structurally sound, repairs will be at our cost price. Please read our Jewellery Care Guidelines – our pieces are made to last a lifetime, but they do need your care too.
Please contact us at hello@miyazatodiamonds.com to discuss any of the above. We will ask you to return your item to us with insured shipping. Please do not return items to us without talking to us first. Miyazato will not be held responsible for any items not sent with insured, tracked shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will assess the jewellery to establish whether it is due to a manufacturing fault or due to accidental damage, impact or fair wear and tear. Where we confirm there is a fault or defect, we will repair or replace the piece complimentary, after discussion with you. We will also reimburse your shipping and insurance costs, provided the amount of such costs had been agreed with us in advance.
Where we assess there are repairs to be made that have been caused by accidental damage, impact or fair wear and tear, we will only charge you our cost to carry out these repairs, which we will discuss and confirm with you first. As mentioned above, we will replace any diamond or gemstone (up to 0.20ct) twice, completely free of charge in your jewellery’s lifetime. We believe this is the gold standard aftercare service and we proudly offer it.
Please note that all of the above is voided if your ring has been worked on by another jeweller, retailer or workshop. We encourage you to reach out to us, we are always here to help.
