Returns & Exchanges

All the jewellery we make is bespoke and made to your exact specifications. You will have agreed to these exact specifications prior to committing to and paying for your order. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges as each piece is created just for you.

In the unlikely event that we do not make your item to the agreed specifications or there is a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of any repairs or alterations to ensure your item is perfect and meets the agreed specifications, as well as the return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@miyazatodiamonds.com if you have any concerns. We are committed to excellent service and we will always go above and beyond to ensure you are 100% happy.

We will re-size your ring (where possible, please note some styles cannot be altered and we will make you aware of this prior to confirming the order) once as a complimentary part of our after-care service. Please note, we allow for all our rings to have a ±/- 1/4 size of variance from the agreed size.
